Resources
The Resources module lets users manage downloaded resources and discover new resources made available through ArkBox.
Module Layout
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| My Library | Shows downloaded and organized resources available to the user. |
| Marketplace | Lets permitted users browse and download resources from available repositories. |
ArkBox opens My Library by default. Marketplace appears only for users with resource management access.
My Library
My Library is your personal resource workspace.
Use it to:
- View downloaded resources.
- Search for resources by name or project.
- Filter resources to find relevant items.
- Organize resources around project work.
- Remove unused or outdated items when cleanup is allowed.
Marketplace
Marketplace is used to discover resources that are available for download.
Use it to:
- Browse resources by project or repository.
- Search and filter available content.
- Download resources for later use.
- Make resources available in your library or connected storage workflow.
Common Workflow
- Open Resources from the top navigation.
- Review My Library for resources already available to you.
- If you need new content and have access, open Marketplace.
- Search or filter to find the required resource.
- Download the resource.
- Return to My Library to confirm it is available.
Notes
- Large downloads may appear in the task notification area.
- Marketplace access is permission-controlled.
- If a resource is missing, ask an administrator to confirm repository availability and your resource permissions.
