Bible Type Project Overview

The Project Overview page for a Bible Type Project is the main operational dashboard used to manage and monitor Bible translation workflows.

It combines:

  • Project identity
  • Translation progress
  • Language tracking
  • Team structure
  • Workflow stages
  • Timeline monitoring

into one centralized workspace.

Type - Bible Pages

  • Project Administration
  • Project Assignments
  • Project Language
  • Project Stages

Overall Purpose of the Page

The page is designed to help users:

  • Understand the current state of the project
  • Track translation progress
  • Monitor workflow stages
  • Manage languages
  • View leadership assignments
  • Check schedules and timelines
  • Navigate to detailed project sections

Instead of opening multiple modules separately, users can monitor the most important project information directly from this overview screen.

Navigation & Project Path

At the top-left, the page displays a navigation path:

Projects / [Project Name]

This breadcrumb navigation helps users understand where they are inside Arkbox and allows quick movement back to the project list.

The Back button immediately returns the user to the main Projects page without closing the project workspace.

Project Header Section

The large project title is the official name of the Bible translation project.

This identifies the active workspace currently being viewed.

Below the title are project labels and tags that provide quick project context.

Project Code

The project code is a short internal identifier used for:

  • Reporting
  • Search
  • Documentation
  • Internal tracking

It simplifies project referencing, especially when organizations manage multiple translation projects.

Translation Tag

This tag identifies the project as a Bible or General Type Project.

This is important because Bible projects include specialized functionality such as:

  • Verse tracking
  • Book tracking
  • Translation workflow stages
  • Team leader assignments
  • Multi-language scripture management

The project type controls how the project behaves throughout the platform.

User Role Tag

This label displays the logged-in user’s role inside the project.

Roles may include:

  • Project Admin (PA)
  • Project Management Officer (PMO)
  • Project Manager (PM)
  • Team Leader (TL)

The role determines:

  • Access permissions
  • Editing rights
  • Workflow responsibilities

This helps users immediately understand what actions they are allowed to perform inside the project.
