Common Page Controls

Most pages use a shared set of controls:

ControlUse
SearchFind records by name, code, email, hostname, project, or other visible fields.
FilterNarrow a table by status, type, date range, project, user, or category.
RefreshReload the latest server data.
Add / CreateOpen a form to create a new record.

DeleteRemove a record when allowed. Use carefully.
ExportDownload table or report data for offline review.

Permission-Controlled Screens

ArkBox only shows modules and actions your account can use. If a page, button, field, or row action is missing, the most common reason is permission scope.

Ask an administrator to check:

  • Your account status.
  • Your direct roles.
  • Your group memberships.
  • Permissions assigned to those roles and groups.
  • Whether the feature is enabled in system settings.

Good Daily Habits

  • Check in at the start of the workday when attendance tracking is used.
  • Review task notifications after starting uploads, downloads, or backups.
  • Use Refresh before acting on stale tables.
  • Log out on shared devices.
  • Report missing access with the exact module, page, and action you expected to see.
