Leave Management

Leave Management defines company-wide leave and working schedule rules.

Use leave types to define categories such as Sick Leave, Vacation, Public Holiday, and Company Shutdown.

Company time ranges define working hours for each day. Company close times define holidays or non-working periods.

Create A Leave Type

  1. Open Leave Management.
  2. Select Add Leave.
  3. Enter the leave title.
  4. Add an optional description.
  5. Save the leave type.

Configure Working Hours

  1. Open the leave configuration.
  2. Go to Company Time Ranges.
  3. Select the day.
  4. Enter the start time and end time.
  5. Add the range.
  6. Save the configuration.

Add A Holiday Or Closure

  1. Go to Company Close Times.
  2. Enter the closure name.
  3. Select the date range.
  4. Enable recurring if the closure repeats.
  5. Add the closure.
  6. Save the configuration.

Attendance Report

Attendance Report provides a grid-based view of employee attendance.

Review Attendance

  1. Open Attendance Report.
  2. Select the date range.
  3. Review the employee rows and date columns.
  4. Identify absence, half-day, office-off, and extra-time patterns.
  5. Refresh when you need the latest records.

Schedule Report

Schedule Report automates attendance report generation and delivery.

Scheduled reports can include report name, frequency, run time, leave policy or attendance source, recipient email addresses, CC email addresses, and enabled or disabled state.

Create A Scheduled Report

  1. Open Schedule Report.
  2. Select Add New Report.
  3. Enter the report name.
  4. Select the frequency.
  5. Set the run time.
  6. Select the report source.
  7. Add recipients.
  8. Add CC recipients if needed.
  9. Save the schedule.

Good Practices

  • Configure leave and working hours before reviewing attendance.
  • Keep holiday records current.
  • Test SMTP settings before scheduling report delivery.
  • Review scheduled report recipients periodically.
